Callisto are Accredited by Elexon as a Party Agent to provide NHH Data Collection and Data Aggregation services to electricity Suppliers trading in the regulated GB market. We receive consumption data and validate it so it can be used for billing purposes. We have full IPR on our NHHDC system allowing us to be flexible and lean in developing our solutions whilst ensuring we maintain compliance with industry baselines.

Our solution meets all the required Industry Obligations including:

  • Change of Supplier (CoS) Gain Process including development for Faster Switching
  • Read processing
  • Exception handling
  • Managing meter exchanges
  • Compliance with the settlement requirements as set out in the BSC and any associated documentation
  • Operating the latest Balancing & Settlement Code Company (BSC Co) version of NHHDA software
  • Providing views of data to our customers with an intuitive query management system - we call this Data Agent System and Query Management Process (DAS/QMP)
