In March 2020, E.ON announced a new customer platform which will future proof its residential and commercial UK supply business.
E.ONnext confirmed that they will leverage the capabilities of Callisto to deliver Non Half Hourly Data Collection (NHHDC) and Aggregation (NHHDA) services to the new platform.
Steve Nunn (E.ON) said: "We are delighted to continue working with Callisto to deliver this essential role to E.ONnext’s customers and people. The expertise that Callisto brings in this area will be essential for the migration itself and the delivery of a smooth customer experience".
Migration is well underway with two million accounts expected by March 21.
Callisto and sister business Morrison Data Services will continue to work closely with Kraken and E.ONnext on the technical implementation of their MRA migration, as well as supporting with additional applications available to improve migration and customer experience.back to all
