During the CoA migration of OVO’s portfolio (706,000) it was flagged that there was a batch of “Problem Sites”. The original plan was to hold these sites until the end of the migration for the existing agents to resolve data issues prior to CoA. Due to the success rate of the migration to Callisto, OVO requested that the sites migrate months ahead of schedule. We were able to resolve exceptions and improve their billing and settlement performance.
Creating Supplier and previous DC flow flat files with information analysed and compiled from various sources
Settled sites that were previously long-standing data exceptions - resolving billing and settlement issues not just from or appointment period but in previous DA back to RF. This will have resulted in increasing profit and customer experience alongside decreasing OVO resources to resolve. OVO then also increased the speed and volume of the migration to CoA the sites in a shorted timeframe to maximise these benefitsback to all
