Callisto successfully migrated 1.7m customers of npower's domestic portfolio to E.ON Next and their newly acquired Kraken Platform including DC, DA, gas portfolio (MRA) and dynamic Meter Reading Mechanism. Kraken did not have the capability to utilise industry processes to communicate the MRA updates as E.ON Next required.
